Welcome to my vegan and bespoke bakery. It started in my kitchen in London’s E17, March 2020 as a creative and serendipitous enterprise response to Covid-19 and the lockdown. From the kitchen to the doorstep, this culinary and fun journey continues.
I use nuts, seeds, wheat and gluten in some of my bakes and chocolate. There are gluten-free products too. All ingredients are organic and ethically sourced in the UK, except the vegan cultures for the cheese, which come from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
